I personally believe this is the single most important thing to keep in mind when seeking to achieve weight mastery and I welcome anyone linking to this information. It is so beautifully,simple and yet even I need to constantly remind myself that weight management is about consistantly nourishing, nurturing and being kind to myself, loving myself enough to maintain the right energy balance I need for a healthy body.
