I have always been grateful that I am not a huge chocolate fan.
I can live without it perfectly well.
I am convinced based on personal behavior that for me at least, it has addictive properties because if I do eat any, the ideal of only eating a small amount goes right out the window and I eat it all.
Here’s a list from the Academy of General Dentistry of foods to eat for a healthy smile: Apples; Soy and Eggs; Carrots and celery; and DARK CHOCOLATE which contains chemicals that fight plaque (but go for at least 80 percent cocoa, or added milk and sugars will negate the effect).
