Cancellation came up and I grabbed it after waiting for 9 months for surgery that was promised to be done within 3 months, lol, got to love the waiting list times. It's been no drama this time waiting, and other than not driving myself home, it should be no drama tomorrow. Good excuse to novel write and bludge from the chores. I will finish have a lovely long weekend rest, reading the novel, 'the Touch' by Colleen McCullough.
The department of health and aging is trying to reduce the waiting period for what they call 'elective surgery."
