_After doing a cookery course on my teens lol, 50 years ago, I have not used a recipe since I was 20 - I just play around with ingredients and create things and rarely do it exactly the same twice.

To make an ice cream, the main thing to remember with ices is to double whip the semi frozen solution (your choice of ingredients) to aerate it, with or without a thickener, say gelatin for low fat or cream for a high fat version, then flavor as desired with natural healthy easy and to your taste ingredients.

Experiment and have fun doing it. Then portion control if its extra yummy but know if it isn't high sugar or artificial sweetener laded it does not leave you craving more, it leaves you satisfied.
